Our founder, Lauren’s origins are in the delivery of somatic-based workshops and classes, and we are so excited to be re-launching classes and workshops in late 2026. We will be delivering a blend of online and in-person classes and workshops, based on new insights and fresh perspectives. We are thrilled to announce the first of our seasonal workshop series, launching in what better season….Spring!
