Together Wellness counselling sessions provide a calm, supportive space to explore whatever is showing up in your life, be it chronic stress, anxiety, challenges in relationships or family dynamics, parenting concerns, or navigating a significant transition. Our work together is guided by curiosity, care, and respect for your unique context and experience.

Life change and transition counselling helps you navigate periods of change (whether planned or unexpected) with clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction.

Relationships

Relationship counselling provides a supportive space to explore communication, connection, and patterns—whether you're navigating conflict, deepening intimacy, or seeking greater self-awareness in how you relate.

Grief and loss

Grief and loss counselling offers a compassionate space to process pain, honour your experience, and gently integrate life after loss.


Depression and anxiety

While not a substitute for clinical therapy, counselling provides a supportive space to gently explore low mood, overwhelm, or anxious patterns through coaching tools, self-awareness, and nervous system-informed practices.


Health concerns

A supportive space to explore your relationship with health, wellness, and self-care, helping you find sustainable ways to nurture your body and mind.

Rates for counselling services

Sessions are charged at the rate of $150 AUD.
Blocks of 5 x sessions can also be purchased for $650.
(Sessions must be used within a 3 month period) .

Parenting

A nurturing space to explore the challenges and rewards of parenting, offering practical strategies and emotional support to help you stay connected, balanced, and resilient as you navigate family life.

Addiction and sobriety

Non-judgmental support to build awareness, develop new habits, and sustain motivation through life changes related to addiction and recovery.


Sessions are run online. If you do wish to work with Lauren in person, this can be discussed and is possible in the inner west of Melbourne.

  • All sessions are conducted online using Google meets.

    You will easily be able to join sessions easily from any device without downloads or technical barriers.

  • No. At this stage we do not offer relationship coaching, as we recognise it requires a particular skill set that we are not yet equipped to offer.

  • Sessions run for 60 minutes.

  • No. Counselling sessions are not eligible for rebate through medicare.
